The Project
The primary objective of the project is to conduct a targeted survey of telecom members to identify key areas of training needs for the next three to five years to keep their knowledge current. The audience for the project are small CWA represented telecom and communications employers, however, larger telecoms will be included in the survey.
Phase 1: Develop, promote, and analyze member survey. (Q1)
Phase 2: Recruit interested members to participate in individual assessments(Q2)
Phase 3: Enroll members in training (Q2)

Eligibility
Participants must be a CWA member in good standing and working for the targeted employers to take advantage of the assessment and training provided in the project.
