Education and training is one of the most effective activities to direct a member to improvement, upward mobility and a sense of confidence on the job. In this era of downsizing and outsourcing, members without education benefits or security in their contracts welcome these resources. CWA Districts and Locals will lead the efforts in outreach provide visible value to membership and supporting the ideals behind CWA Strong.

INSTRUCTOR LED TRAINING
Members will be enrolled into an online environment with instructor support. Course durations may vary.
Choose from hundreds of on-line courses from professional technical, or personal interest topics. The courses are instructor supported with structured six-week classes to self paced for three months.
